We purchased a lot on the taxi way in Pine Mountain Lake in December. In the process Larry was friendly, responsive, and honest in his role as real estate agent and advisor. Because he is a pilot and homeowner in the development, he was able to provide informed, realistic, and honest opinions about the challenges we would face from the HOA. Although we were purchasing during the busy holiday season and using a 1031 Exchange, Larry was always available when we needed him and knowledgeable about the process. Additionally, when he was not sure about an answer to a question, he provided names and contact information of local experts who provided needed information. At this point, we are in the process of developing the property and look forward to having Larry as a neighbor and friend. Thanks to Larry, we were able to complete a short sale purchase in just 4 months! We began our search several months before when we were introduced to Larry by a friend in the area. Larry spend several hours that day showing several properties and again a few months later when told about a property coming on the market the next day that was a short sale.The process was complicated and arduous. There were a number of times Larry's rapid turn around of a lender's request enabled the process to continue to move forward at a rapid clip.
